The training offered supplies the agents with the skills to understand and implement the clients specific project. Training can be done in-house, externally or combined with clients

input. Dialworx is able to utilise human resource profiling tools to match agents to specific tasks within the project scope.

Once a project has commenced we monitor the project by means of quality assurance processes according to the levels of monitoring defined during the initial planning phases.
